Every bag that leaves our Naples workshop was built by hand — no assembly line, no shortcuts. The cord is placed and stitched row by row. The hardware is fitted by hand. The lining is cut and sewn individually.
We make in small runs on purpose. Each collection is produced in limited quantity, then retired. What you carry is not a mass-produced object. It is a record of the time it took to make.
The Cael is available as a custom color commission. You choose the cord colors and hardware finish. The design stays fixed. The result is entirely yours.
